Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Cipherscan or the Ciphersound website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of service
Cipherscan is a tool that inspects the public TLS handshake of domains and infrastructure you specify, and reports which cryptographic algorithms were negotiated. Ciphersound may update, change, or discontinue features of the service at any time.
Use of the service
You may only scan infrastructure you own or are authorized to test. You agree not to use Cipherscan to scan systems without proper authorization, and not to use the service in any way that violates applicable law.
Account registration
Some features require a free account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Intellectual property
The Cipherscan software, website, and related materials are owned by Ciphersound Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to Ciphersound’s trademarks, logos, or brand assets.
Limitation of liability
Cipherscan is provided on an “as is” basis. Ciphersound Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Changes to these terms
Ciphersound may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date on this page.
